Juan Cruzado, owner of PVMHS, has over six years of experience in real estate and mobile home sales. He is dedicated to guiding families on the path to affordable homeownership, providing personalized solutions and expert advice to make owning a home achievable.

Liz brings a diverse and impressive background to the team, with an MBA and extensive experience in marketing and big data analytics for a veterinary supply company, where she focused on enhancing the customer experience. She also worked at Aspen Square as a Leasing and Marketing Agent, showcasing her expertise in real estate and customer relations.

Erica brings a wealth of experience and expertise to PVMHS, having been in the real estate industry since 2016. Her dedication to helping clients find their dream homes and her passion for real estate make her a perfect fit for our team.

Tiffany has been in the automotive sales industry since 2004 and holds the role of Regional Sales Manager for a multi-million dollar marketing company. She brings extensive knowledge and sales expertise to PVMHS.

Nancy is no stranger to PVMHS—having worked with us for the past 20 years, she decided to return with our recent ownership change. She brings a wealth of experience with 30 years in mobile home park management.
